A Few E Mail Testimonies

For those of you who, like I, have been around barbershop for a few
years, you have a real treat awaiting you.

The Shalimars, 1965 Queens of Harmony, have just released a CD.  It is
taken from the album the produced way back then, plus some live
recordings and some private recordings.

Not only do you hear The Shalimars singing all 16 of your favorites
including: Red Sails in the Sunset, Rain, I'm Always Chasing Rainbows,
Sunrise Sunset, Vaya Con Dios, Lavender Blue, and my personal favorite
Golden Earrings.  But you also hear them sing Lida Rose/Dream of Now
with the Sidewinders, 1964 SPEBSQSA Champs and Misty and
This Could Be the Start of Something Big with the legendary Bakers Dozen, directed by Val Hicks.

If that is not enough, there are nine sacred songs including: In The
Garden, Nearer My God To Thee, and May the Good Lord Bless and Keep You.

Champs come and go, but The Shalimars,  stay in our hearts and minds
forever.
